First step

Select paper stop: according to you sheets sizeselect the right position and ensure the sheet aligning 

  Select punch pins:International patent design, for a clean punch of multiple paper sizes    

Dcument masure:according to your files thickness to pick the right number of sheets to punch,don't exceed the maximum number of allowed  

Binnding Switch: use for binding, make binding easy and you hands free

Punch handle:ensure your sheets are on the same line and feed the sheet horizon ,push the punch handle
